My favorite memories all involve books. From quiet picnics with Laura Ingalls Wilder to late college nights with Edgar Allan Poe, my recollections are all based on my favorite author of the time.

It has long been my dream to operate my own vintage bookshop. With the loving encouragement of my significant other, I finally opened up that part of me that I kept hidden to the world, and now there's no going back! My daughters love going on my book hunts, and some of my most exciting weekends involve my man and I, in the middle of nowhere, picking up a first edition classic and featuring it in VintageBookworms.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

My item arrived with damage from the shipping process. Can I get a refund?

Photos are mandatory for proof of damage. No refund will be provided without proof of damage as we will file an insurance claim with the US Post Office. Once the photos are received by Vintage Bookworms, a refund will be provided to you!

How are my items shipped?

All of our items are sent via US Postal Mail. An extraordinary amount of care is taken for shipping and handling of the books and we provide a tracking number with all of our orders. Our books ship well-packaged, protected with bubble wrap. We promise quick shipping and delivery. We strive to provide excellent service!

I need my book delivered by the holiday! Is that possible?

All books are sent via USPS Media Mail, which generally takes between 4-10 business days. If you need the item sooner, please let me know ASAP so that we can identify the cost for overnight shipping.

Is there a Satisfaction Guarantee?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a guarantee on any book purchased through Vintage Bookworms. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days from receiving, please email us that you intend to return the book. No questions asked. You will be sent a a full refund of the book price. We strive every day to provide you with great books, reasonably priced and the service you expect from your small, local book shop.
